The ALAA Listserv is a platform to distribute announcements of events, job postings, scholarly queries, publications, and exhibitions to our global network of 600+ members.
Members in good standing may post messages directly to the list by emailing alaa-L@lists.ufl.edu. To register or renew your membership, click here.

Listserv Tips
The address to directly message the listserv is alaa-L@lists.ufl.edu.
The listserv is tied to the email address input upon registering as a member. You may only send and receive listserv messages through that email address.
If you wish to change the email address on file, please contact ALAA’s Listserv Manager, Derek Burdette (derekburdette@ufl.edu). Please note that users may not receive a copy of their listserv message when using Gmail.
For technical difficulties using the Listserv (either sending or receiving messages), please contact Listserv Manager, Derek Burdette (derekburdette@ufl.edu), and provide detailed information about the issue, including:
The email address you registered with ALAA
The email address you used to post a message to the listserv (if applicable)
The exact error message received
Details of the process (i.e. if you attached a file to the email, indicate whether you dragged and dropped the file or used the “attach” button)
Whether you are using a forwarding address (i.e. are you forwarding emails from your Google address to your Outlook email?)
Your computer type (PC or Mac; tablet, desktop, phone, etc.)
